Lim & Partner was created in 2013. The company extends to various countries of South-East Asia, including Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand. Lim & Partner is part of PRAXI Alliance which provides Worldwide Executive Search in 57 offices and spans in more than 20 countries. Lim and Partner is the Thailand Head of OSCI.

Supaksorn is the co-founder of Lim & Partner as well as two successful businesses, Asia Data Destruction (data destruction) and BSL computer (IT and phone remarketing).
She has more than 10 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate and Retail Management. Graduating a Bachelor Degree in Public Administration from Thammasat University and a Master Degree in Retail Management, University of Surrey, she gained experience in retail business with CMG, Central Marketing Group, and further with retail properties management with Jardines Group. In 2018 she was awarded MMS Certified Coach, ICF accredited. Laurent started his career at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in 2004 he joined Adecco as National Sales Director.
After a short experience at Manpower Group, Laurent founded in 2008 Asia Data Destruction. He is currently Chief Strategic Officer. Sophaporn Ruangrit graduated from Assumption University (ABAC). She started her career at the Caltex Oil (Thailand) / Chevron.
Since 2005, Sophaporn joined the Executive search firm, where she started with the position of Researcher and then Senior Consultant at Lim and Partner Executive Consulting. With more then 10 years of experience in assisting clients on the talent acquisition solutions focusing on the recruitment of senior management positions. She advises clients on talent search, hiring process, staffing demand, job description, best practices and behavioral base and leadership assessment. Sirijanya Pirunneerarit, received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) form Siam University, She has morn than 15 years experienced working in recruitment functions especially in recruitment agencies. Specialist in Engineering, Technical & Development, R&D, Export Sales & Marketing and etc.
Suchanuch is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Global Studies and Social Entrepreneurship at the School of Global Studies, Thammasat University. She started her career as a Market Research Analyst intern at Lim and Partner with well-rounded skills in strategic analysis and research.
Tasnia received her Bachelor’s Degree from Assumption University of Thailand; majoring in Information Technology. She is currently studying for her Master’s Degree in Assumption University of Thailand in the same field. Tasnia initially joined Lim and Partner as a Market Research Analyst Intern.
Tona Lepola is a fourth year student at Botho University Maseru campus in Lesotho. He is mainly studying Bachelor of Science Honours In Computing, specializing (Software Engineering ). Currently, he is a virtual internship intern at Asia Data Destruction Organization located in Thiland, where he is a Web Developer.
Lebohang Lepota is a fourth year student at Botho University Maseru campus in Lesotho. She is mainly studying Bachelor of Science Honours In Computing, General (Software Engineering & Network Infrastructure Management). Currently, she is a virtual internship intern at Asia Data Destruction Organization located in Thiland, where she is a Software Developer and Social Communication Intern.
Moinuddin is doing his bachelor’s degree from Assumption University of Thailand. His majoring in International Business Management with a minor in Marketing. He interned for our Assessment Department where he showcased his research and presentation making skills.
Robbie is enrolled in City University London. He was our market research intern. He worked on two projects and helped us in data gathering and implementing project strategy.
Rawasitsara is pursuing her double degree (Dentistry and Public Health) from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand. She was our market research intern and worked on three projects. She is very passionate about the field of data analytics!
Mia was our youngest intern! She interned with us while she was in high school. She researched about our assessment services and gave her own opinion about the product and its implementations.
